The company behind the site, and why it exists
DeskTeam360 runs this site. Its own service, Office-Based Insourcing with DeskTeam360, is one of the four ways the site costs out, so we're not a neutral party. We built the site because none of the 3 top pages we read on October 28, 2026, gives a California rule or pay figure. So we set out the growth steps in order, and costed each way to add help at California's pay and rules.

Who founded DeskTeam360?
Jeremy Kenerson started DeskTeam360 in 2018 and leads it today as Founder and CEO. Before that, he ran his own digital agency, so he's lived the problem of more client work than hours.
- He managed over 200 freelancers himself before he built DeskTeam360.
- By his own count, more than $1 million went into outsourcing while he learned what works and what doesn't.
- When one of his 6-week projects dragged on for 18 weeks, he created the Client Expectation Framework in response.
- He's based in the US, and he hosts weekly open question calls for all clients.

Where do the facts and numbers come from?
Every fact on the site traces to a source we read and saved on October 28, 2026. They're official pay data, California and federal law and tax pages, each seller's own price page, and DeskTeam360's own pages.
- Each estimate is marked "our estimate", and the math behind every total is on the team building page.
- The growth steps are DeskTeam360's own approach, shown as its view, with no claim of research behind them.
- Laws are given in plain words next to their own terms, with no word on how one applies to any single agency.
What work does DeskTeam360 take on for an agency?
DeskTeam360 calls its model the Office-Based Insourcing Model: one team, in one office, that does an agency's production work behind the agency's brand.
- Where the work happens. The whole team works side by side in one office, where a team leader is on hand, the computers are new, the internet runs over three providers and two backup power sources keep the lights on.
- The people on each plan. A North American account manager is the person you talk to, with a team leader and two each of designers, technical Virtual Assistants and developers behind them, and Jeremy joins in on 2 weekly group calls.
- What the team takes on. Its work spans AI agents and automation, funnels and email campaigns, websites and their upkeep, CRM setup, video editing and design.
- What it doesn't sell. Strategy, ad management and link building. Your agency sets the plan, and the team delivers it.
- How the plans differ. All three plans include the whole team, and the only thing that changes is whether 1, 2 or 3 tasks are in progress at once.
